We are thrilled to be participating in the Langston Hughes Library Literary Arts Festival again! We will present a performance of Richard Wright’s “Black Boy” by actor Tarantino Smith, with pre- and post-performance discussions will be facilitated by LTL Teaching Artist Mel House.
The theme of this year’s Festival is Tell the Stories, Teach the History, celebrating Black literary artists. Our performance will begin at 3:30 PM, but the afternoon of events at the library begins at 12:00 PM.
